Accessible ways to test your stuff
The purpose of this document is to describe the testing procedures and results for the qualitative testing of steroidal hormones Estradiol Enanthate and Testosterone Enanthate using the DanceSafe Testing Kit. We’re going to explain how to test HRT using off-the-shelf kits and show you what to look for when doing the tests.
The reagents
The reagent kits are available online $119 for a full 9 reagents, or $89 for 6 reagents.
Basically, you’re going to mix a tiny amount of whatever you have into a few drops of some different liquids and see what colors the liquids are afterword.
You can also purchase them individually for $20 each. Because you only need a few drops for each test, so you can test multiple batches with a single kit.
DanceSafe says the kits should last for at least a year if you keep them in the freezer.

The document linked above is a formal write-up of part of the talk we gave at CCC in 2024. In it, we cover other methods of testing and explain some compounding techniques as well.
